Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NautParty (“NautParty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors and players accessing nautparty.com, play.nautparty.com, afterdark.nautparty.com, and any associated routes or legacy paths (including /funnaut) (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our 18+ & Safety Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who May Use NautParty

• Safe Play (play.nautparty.com / /safe-play): Open to general audiences who meet the minimum age of digital consent in their country of residence (at least 13 years old, or 16 where required by local law).
• After Dark (afterdark.nautparty.com / /after-dark & 18+ Games): Strictly restricted to adults who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). By confirming the 18+ age gate, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Shared Devices: If you use a shared or public device to access After Dark, you are responsible for clearing your age-confirmation cookie (via our Cookie Policy controls or browser settings) when finished so minors cannot access adult rooms on that device.

Player Conduct, Mutual Consent & Safety

NautParty is built around a simple rule: Your pace. Your boundaries. When playing with a partner, friends, or a group, you agree that:

• Every Prompt Is Optional: Any player may skip, pass, re-roll, or rate any prompt 0 / 5 (a hard boundary) at any time, without explanation or penalty.
• Enthusiastic Mutual Consent: No prompt, roll, spin, or dare on NautParty overrides real-world consent. You must never use the Service to pressure, coerce, intimidate, or embarrass another person into any action or disclosure.
• Responsible Party & Beverage Play: Some games (such as Picolo, Truth or Dare, or Spin the Bottle) reference sips, forfeits, or physical actions. Always play responsibly, respect everyone’s physical limits, and treat water or non-alcoholic drinks as equally valid choices. Never drink and drive or engage in dangerous physical dares.

Scorecards, Links & Prohibited Conduct

When creating results, downloading cards, or sharing comparison links, you agree to the following rules:

• Private Result Links (/results/{id}): Your result URL is a private bearer link containing your answers. Keep it private unless you intend for the recipient to view your full answers.
• Comparison Links (/compare/{shareId}): Comparison links are designed to let a trusted friend or partner answer the same prompts and compare matches. You may revoke a comparison link at any time from your original browser—or by emailing privacy@nautparty.com.
• No Non-Consensual Sharing or Doxxing: You must not publish, post, or forward another person’s private result link, intimate jar ratings, or comparison results without their explicit permission, nor enter another person’s real full name or identifying details to impersonate, harass, or defame them.
• Platform Integrity: You must not attempt to bypass rate limits or Cloudflare Turnstile checks, scrape or enumerate capability URLs, inject malicious payloads, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Ownership & License to Share Scorecards

All rights, title, and interest in and to the NautParty brand, logos, illustrations, prompt decks, scoring logic, user interface, and software belong to NautParty and its licensors.

• Personal Social Sharing Permitted: We grant you a free, revocable, non-exclusive license to download and share your generated NautParty portrait and Story PNG scorecards on personal social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, X, or messaging apps), provided you do not alter the NautParty branding or QR code to mislead others or imply commercial endorsement.
• License to Process Your Inputs: When you create a result, save a card/quiz, or opt into Global Pulse, you grant NautParty a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and aggregate those inputs solely as necessary to provide the features you selected (and in accordance with our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Entertainment Only: NautParty is a social game platform. Game prompts, Archetype Blueprints, compatibility percentages, and Global Pulse statistics are provided strictly for entertainment and conversation—not as psychological, medical, relationship counseling, legal, or scientific advice. “As-Is” Service: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Because result management relies on browser cookies and local storage, clearing your browser data or switching devices may prevent you from managing earlier results without contacting support.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NautParty and its founders, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any offline or interpersonal interactions between players, or any unauthorized sharing of links by third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting hello@nautparty.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights you hold in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to revoke comparison links, remove stored results or quizzes that violate these Terms, or update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NautParty after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
