How Safe Play & After Dark Are Separated

NautParty separates all-audience social icebreakers from adult-only games at both the navigation and domain levels:

• Safe Play (play.nautparty.com / /safe-play): Designed for friends, groups, and general audiences (such as Culture Pulse). Safe Play never displays adult prompts.
• After Dark (afterdark.nautparty.com / /after-dark): Strictly for adults aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Entering After Dark, opening any 18+ game, or viewing After Dark trends in Global Pulse requires confirming that you are 18+.
• Search Engine & Referrer Protection: All After Dark pages, adult Pulse views, private result links, and comparison links send X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow and Referrer-Policy: no-referrer headers so mature rooms and personal links are never indexed by search engines or leaked via HTTP referrers.

Important Notice on Age Confirmation: Our 18+ gate relies on self-attestation stored in a 30-day HTTP-only cookie (nautparty_adult). If you share your phone or computer with minors, please reset your cookies on our Cookie Policy page when you finish playing.

Consent & Boundaries Come First

Our games are designed to spark honest conversations and fun moments—never pressure or discomfort. Please follow these guidelines whenever you play:

• Check In Before You Start: Agree with your partner or group on which room, pack, or intensity level (such as Sensual vs. Explicit in EroDice, or specific Jar Packs) everyone feels excited to play.
• Pass, Skip, or Re-Roll Freely: Every turn-based game allows players to pass a turn, swap a prompt, or re-roll without penalty. If someone passes or rates a jar 0 / 5, respect their choice immediately without questioning or pressuring them.
• Responsible Beverage & Party Play: In party games that mention sips or forfeits (like Picolo, Truth or Dare, or Spin the Bottle), water and non-alcoholic drinks are always 100% valid. Pace yourselves, look out for your friends, and never engage in unsafe or unlawful dares.

Sharing Scorecards & Comparison Links Safely

Understanding how NautParty links work helps keep your choices private and consensual:

• Use Nicknames, Not Full Legal Names: We recommend using a first name, initials, or a playful nickname—especially in After Dark—so screenshots or shared comparisons cannot be tied to your public identity.
• Keep Your Result URL (/results/{id}) Private: Your result page is your control center. Anyone with that exact URL can view your answers, so do not post your /results/{id} URL publicly.
• Share Comparison Links (/compare/{shareId}) Thoughtfully: When you publish a comparison link, anyone you send it to can complete the prompts and see how their answers match yours. If you no longer want the link active, open your result page and click “Stop sharing this comparison” or “Delete this result”.
• Respect Others’ Privacy: Never screenshot, forward, or publish someone else’s partner comparison or intimate preferences without their clear, enthusiastic permission. Non-consensual sharing is a strict violation of our Terms & Conditions.

How to Request an Urgent Link Takedown or Report Abuse

If a comparison link, result page, saved card, or custom quiz is being shared without your consent, impersonates you, or violates this Safety Policy—and you no longer have access to the original browser to delete it yourself—contact us immediately:

• Email privacy@nautparty.com or hello@nautparty.com with the subject line “Urgent Takedown Request”;
• Include the exact /compare/..., /results/..., /jars/..., or /quiz/... link (or the nickname and approximate date if you only have part of the link).

We prioritize safety and non-consensual sharing takedowns and will disable or permanently delete the reported record on our servers as quickly as possible.
