Disclaimer.
Made for conversation.
NautParty is a playful social game platform created to spark conversation, laughter, and connection. Please read this notice on what our profiles, comparisons, and Global Pulse statistics are—and what they are not.
Culture Pulse profiles, Archetype Blueprints, and Innocence Test scores are playful entertainment summaries—never clinical or counseling assessments.
Global Pulse reflects self-selected, opted-in browsers playing NautParty with self-reported countries—not representative national research.
Participation numbers count distinct opted-in browser tokens (with a minimum threshold of 10), not identity-verified people.
Players are solely responsible for their physical safety, sobriety, and mutual consent during group or partner play.
Profiles & Scorecards Are for Entertainment Only
All content on NautParty—including Culture Pulse social profiles, Jar Pack Archetype Blueprints, Compatibility Quizzes, Innocence Test scores, prompt explanations, and friend/partner comparison percentages—is generated by simple deterministic rules from a single round’s choices for entertainment and social conversation only.
- NautParty does not provide psychological, psychiatric, psychometric, medical, sexological, or relationship counseling advice or diagnosis.
- A high or low similarity score in a friend or partner comparison reflects only how two rounds of game choices aligned on those specific prompts; it is not a measure of real-world relationship health or compatibility.
- Never disregard professional medical, mental health, or counseling advice because of something you read or played on NautParty.
What Global Pulse Represents (and Its Limitations)
Global Pulse (/pulse) displays popular picks and highest-rated jars across Worldwide and country views. To ensure complete transparency:
- Self-Selected Opt-In Sample: Global Pulse includes only results where a player explicitly checked the opt-in box when creating their result. It is a snapshot of opted-in NautParty players, not a scientific poll, census, or representative sample of any country, culture, or demographic group.
- Self-Reported Geography: Country tags are chosen voluntarily by players from a dropdown list and are never verified against IP addresses, GPS, or residency records.
- Distinct Browsers, Not Verified People: Participation counts represent distinct opted-in browser cookies (one latest result per browser per game). Clearing cookies or using multiple browsers can create separate tokens.
- Privacy Thresholds: Views and trends with fewer than 10 distinct opted-in browsers are automatically hidden to protect privacy.
Assumption of Risk in Group & Partner Games
Many NautParty games (including Truth or Dare, EroDice, Spin the Bottle, Picolo, and Never Have I Ever) suggest physical actions, forfeits, or beverage sips for people playing together in person.
- Every player participates voluntarily and at their own risk, and may skip, pass, or stop at any time.
- If your group chooses to consume alcohol while playing, you must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, pace yourselves responsibly, and always treat water or non-alcoholic beverages as equally valid.
- NautParty is not responsible for any injury, discomfort, property damage, or interpersonal dispute arising from how players choose to interpret or act upon game prompts. Please read our 18+ & Safety Policy and Terms & Conditions.
